The Ministry of Health announces the completion of the investigation of the ad hoc committee set up by the General Director of the Ministry of Health Dr. Christina Giannaki for the investigation of samples of AEK players, which were sent to the Institute of Neurology and Genetics as a COVID reference laboratory. .
Following the investigation, irregularities were found in the reporting process of examinations by a specific laboratory, as well as violations of health protocols. The case has been forwarded to the Cyprus Football Federation for appropriate and appropriate treatment under its regulations.
