As notified to the CSE, TD Asset Management Inc reduced its stake in Bank of Cyprus.
In particular, the Canadian investment fund had a stake of 3.99% and reduced it to 2.98%. The reduction in participation took place at the end of 2020.
It is reminded that the main shareholders of Bank of Cyprus are:
Caius Capital with 9.58%, Lamesa Holding SA with 9.27%, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with 5.02%, the former Laiki Bank with 4.81%.
