The circumstances of the injury of a 15-year-old girl, after she fell from a moving bus in which she was riding, are being investigated by the Police.
Around 2.00 on Wednesday afternoon, the girl's mother contacted the Police and reported that, a little earlier, while her daughter was on a bus, which transported students from High School to Pera Chorio, to a point just before a stop of the bus, on the way to Lympia, while the bus was moving on the road, its security door opened, as a result of which the minor fell out on the asphalt.
Members of the Police rushed to the spot for examinations, while the 15-year-old was taken by her mother to their personal doctor, who found that she had abrasions on one of her arms and one of her legs.
For the purposes of police examinations, an officer of the Electromechanical Services was summoned by the Police, who examined the mechanical condition of the bus and its security door.
The circumstances under which the incident took place are being investigated by the Police, with the Pera Chorio Police Station continuing the investigations.
