18-year-old forensic student the Russian butcher: He hated everyone, he wanted to cause pain

The posts of the perpetrator of the attack at the University of Perm, Russia, Timur Bekmansurov, in which he described in detail how he would spread terror, are disgusting.

The 18-year-old man stormed the University of the Siberian city, 1,000 kilometers east of Moscow, on Monday morning, killing at least six people and injuring 28 others.

The first-year student studied at the Russian university for only ten days and according to Russian media, he was studying for a medical examiner. A spokesman for Russia's First Aid Service told TASS that the 18-year-old had been seriously injured and was being treated in an intensive care unit.

He invaded the university armed

Pictures from the scene show the perpetrator approaching the university on Monday morning holding the gun in his hands, before spreading terror.

Another university security camera shows the 18-year-old invading a crowded building holding a gun in his hand. Panic quickly ensues, while a man appears to be falling to the ground.

Also shocking are the images from the Russian university, in which students are seen trying to jump out of windows to escape the perpetrator's fury.

Prior to the attack, the perpetrator wrote on social media (Russian Vkontakte) that his motives were neither political nor religious, but that he dreamed of spreading terror because of the hatred he harbored for everyone around him.

In addition, he stressed that he was considering invading the university with a car full of explosives or with a knife instead of a weapon. His post was then withdrawn.

The 18-year-old Russian explained in detail how he acquired the weapon of the attack, the training he followed in order to carry out his plan and the whole process required in order to obtain a firearms license.

Russian Interior Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk said the perpetrator was covered in blood by the fire of a probationary police officer who worked as a traffic warden and was the first to enter the building after the shooting.

“Konstantin Kalinin saw an armed man in the room,” said Irina Volk, adding: “When the perpetrator saw the policeman, he opened fire. The traffic warden injured him, responding to the fire and neutralizing him, while he then provided him with first aid “.

The note of the perpetrator causing a shudder
The young man allegedly left a note before the attack, in which he stated that he hates himself, but wants to harm everyone who gets in his way.

“I have been thinking about it for a long time, years have passed and I realized that it is time to do what I dreamed of,” the perpetrator wrote on a Twitter account attributed to him. But his account was later deleted, according to Russian media.

“I decided on the date, September 20. While I try to study the passages between the buildings, the benefit of this is their implementation with a detailed plan of the university territory. I hate myself, but I want to hurt everyone who gets in my way. The ringing became even louder, like a vise squeezing my head. The feeling that everything around is just a dream does not go away. I see no reason to write anything else. In the end, I can say that I am not the first and far from the last. You will not be saved from the ban on weapons, you will be killed by cars, bombs, knives, everything that comes in handy. “People like me will destroy everything around you,” he said in a note before the act.

The “Mirror” also published what it had mentioned in posts made by Berkmansurov during his attempt to obtain a firearms license. “As long as I know myself, I have always thought about death. (…) I like to cause pain to people “, it is mentioned, among other things.

“Attack” for the whole country the attack on the university
Referring to the attack, Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke of a “wound” that affects the whole country and stressed that any condolences will not be able to alleviate the pain of the loss.

“I understand very well that no word can alleviate the pain of loss, especially when it comes to young people just starting their lives,” Putin said shortly after the tragic incident. “This is a huge wound. “Not only for the families who have lost their children, but for the whole country,” said Ella Pamfilova, head of the Russian Central Election Commission.
