The “Ministry of Health” announced on Monday that in the last twenty-four hours in the occupied territories 26,197 tests were carried out and 408 new cases of coronavirus were detected.
Of these, 185 cases were detected in occupied Nicosia, 76 in occupied Kyrenia, 114 in occupied Famagusta, 4 in occupied Trikomo, 22 in occupied Morphou and 7 in occupied Lefka,
In the occupied areas the total number of cases is now 65,062. Since the beginning of the pandemic in the occupied territories, 188 people have died from the coronavirus.
