70% of Polyclinic Hygeia in Limassol went to the investment fund of Cypriot interests ECM Partners. As “K” is able to know, today, November 29, the “green light” was given to obtain 70%, while by the end of the year the Fund's goal is to obtain 80%.

After this development, it becomes the main shareholder of the large hospital of Limassol, which since September has been included in the General Health System (GHS). At the present stage, the remaining 30% of the share capital of Polyclinic Hygeia in Limassol is owned by 40-50 doctors of the hospital.

The Cypriot company ECM Partners which owns 70% of the shares in “Polyclinic Hygeia” and which is expected to reach 80% in the near future, it is called “Netlana Investments Ltd”.

According to a previous report by “K”, the investment fund is expected to invest 10 million euros for the expansion of beds, for cathlab and for a more general expansion of the hospital.

It is noted that an Oncology Department is expected to be added to the Health Polyclinic, by the end of 2023.

The Fund has acquired the pharmaceutical company Famar in Greece, the Pavlidis Marble, a quarry in Skopje called Mermeren Combinat, the photovoltaic plants of Pavlidis, the hotel “Londa” in Limassol that became investments and was converted into residential luxury apartments “Londa Residences” and is also in the process of acquiring Starbucks in Greece – Cyprus.
