Georgios Adjutantis was appointed to position of the Managing Director and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd, according to a relevant announcement.

In addition, the Bank's Board of Directors expresses its warm thanks to Marinis Stratopoulos for his essential and valuable contribution to the work of the Bank in the capacity of Managing Director and Executive Member of the Board of the Board.

Finally, it is noted that Mr. Stratopoulos will continue to provide his services to the Bank as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
