The pseudo-state was represented at the 21st Regular Session of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). which writes that the meeting is taking place May 20-26 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and the pseudo-state is represented by Mustafa Kemal Beyazbayram, "director of relations with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation" and Hakan Aksoy, "first secretary" of the "foreign ministry".
Mr. Beyazbayram addressed the opening session of the session.
