Arrest of 21-year-old for assault on 17-year-old in Paphos

Arrested today by members of the Police, a 21-year-old man, who was taken into custody for the purposes of police examinations, regarding an investigated case of assault received by a 17-year-old, last Sunday, November 13, in Paphos.
According to the facts under investigation and complaint filed at the Police, around 2.30 am on Sunday, in a property in Paphos, a 17-year-old was attacked by an unknown face. The young man was taken to Paphos General Hospital, where it was found that he had been injured on the face. He received treatment and was discharged the next day.
From the tests carried out by members of the TAE Paphos, evidence emerged against the 21-year-old suspect. He was located around 4:00 this afternoon and was arrested on a warrant that had been issued against him, for purposes of investigating the case.
The TAE of Paphos continues the exams.
