Members of YCAN (Klimakio Nicosia) stopped around 4.10 yesterday afternoon to check a car driven by a 21-year-old man with another 20-year-old passenger as a passenger.
During the investigation that followed, a quantity of cannabis weighing approximately 28 grams was found inside the car, for which the 21-year-old allegedly admitted that it belonged to him and he was arrested for an unprovoked offence. Owned by an amount of money was also found.
Subsequently, a search was carried out at the 21-year-old's house, where a quantity of cannabis with a total weight of approximately 120 grams was found, which the arrested person allegedly admitted to be his. He was subsequently taken into custody, while the 20-year-old was also interrogated, but nothing came out against him.
