A three-star hotel with 54 beds in Ayia Napa is planned to be built by M.K. according to an application submitted.
The proposed project concerns the demolition of an existing ground floor house for the construction of a 3-star hotel in Ayia Napa with a permitted number of floors not exceeding three. According to the study, the area of the plot after the concession of the road and the public green space is 1,734 sqm and will occupy an area of 480 sqm and the total construction will amount to 885 sqm.
The building will consist of basement, ground floor, mezzanine and three floors. It will include 25 standard rooms, two rooms for the disabled, a lounge / lobby, a lounge, a breakfast room, a restaurant, an outdoor pool and a rooftop bar, 12 parking spaces, two of which are disabled.
The hotel is located within a radius of one kilometer from other tourist developments and other facilities, the port and the Monastery of Ayia Napa. It is also about 200m from the sea and the beach with the name “Loukkos tou Mantis”.
