According to information from Insider, the company G&P Lazarou reached an agreement with a well-known Cypriot doctor for the sale of a large plot of land in the area of GSP and Senior School for € 4.5 million.
This is a well-known doctor whose name we can not for obvious reason reveal who left medicine for his great love of investment and business.
The doctor, according to reliable sources, intends to launch new plots on the market very soon at prices that will make sense in Cyprus with the help of the sales department of G&P Lazarou Estate agents.
Commenting on the deal, Petros Lazarou expressed his satisfaction for the completion of the deal and for the trust shown by the investors and appeared convinced that, like last year, this year all the cities with offices will move up.
