Aim to prevent the imposition of a tax of 4.2 cents per liter on fuel, says the President of the party Annita Dimitriou
Today in the Plenary Session of the Parliament, we will submit our own proposal so that the consumption tax reduction remains as it was, that is, to prevent the imposition of a tax of 4.2 cents per liter on fuel, he says in a written statement, the President of DISY Annita Dimitriou.
She notes that “from the first moment as Democratic Alarm we disagreed with the government's fuel bill”.
“Our priority, especially for this year, must be the relief of our fellow citizens from the consequences of inflation, a possibility provided to us by the strong fiscal surplus of 2022, and not the further burden of households and businesses,” he adds.
