The support for the candidacy of Metropolitan of Paphos Georgios is announced, through their joint announcement, by a group of hierarchs.
As they say, “we support after parris the nomination of His Holiness the Metropolitan of Paphos Georgios for the pastorate of the Christian crew of our island”.
Cyprus, they argue, has need of a church leader who unites and embraces all people.
