A total of 362,959 messages were sent to 8998 on February 1st

The approved messages for exceptional travel rose to 362,959 on Monday, February 1st, the first day of the gradual easing of the restrictive measures against the coronavirus.

According to data published by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, the total number of requests sent yesterday was 380,474 with valid ones amounting to 368,542.

The most popular reason was number 2, ie going to a store to buy or supply essential goods / services, including take away with a total of 121,504, which corresponds to one third of the total approved messages.

According to the data, the second reason why most of the messages were sent was the number 8, ie for any other travel purpose that can be justified based on the anti-traffic measures for which a total of 81,784 messages or 22.5% of the total approved messages.

The third reason was number 6, ie movement for physical exercise or individual sports, since it is limited to places where access is allowed for which a total of 66,527 messages were sent or 18.2% of the total approved messages.

Also from February 1, another purpose of sending messages was added, the number 9 for going to hairdressers, barbershops and beauty centers with the citizens sending a total of 22,563 messages. It is noted that the number 9 was the sixth most popular reason.
