Today, the Police proceeded with the arrest of a 42-year-old woman, who was wanted, to facilitate investigations regarding investigated cases of extortion of money with false representations. A judicial arrest warrant was pending against the 42-year-old since August 2018.
According to a number of complaints made to the Police, between October 2017 and August 2018, the 42-year-old, as a representative of a travel agency, received sums of money, from clients, in order to book them tourist packages, which, however, he allegedly appropriated.
After the arrest of the 42-year-old, the continuation of the publication of the photo and her personal information is unnecessary.
The Aradippou Police Station is investigating the case.
