The KOP Sports Judge Aristotelis Vryonidis, after studying the referrals before him, imposed the following penalties:
*Complaint by referee GHERSINI DAVIDE against GALLEGO RODRIGUEZ DAVID, coach of Anorthosis who was dismissed for violent behavior towards match officials. At half time and as the teams and the referees were heading to the dressing room and after strong protests to the referees he cursed in his language and further entering the field of play he confronted the coach of the opposing team in violation of Articles 4(c), 9(b) ) and 9(k) of the KOP Disciplinary Regulations in the CYTA Championship match Phase 1 of the 2023-2024 season NORTHOSI Famagusta – APOEL Nicosia/23.09.2023 (5th matchday).

*Complaint by the referee GHERSINI DAVIDE against DA SILVA SA PINTO RICARDO MANUEL, coach of APOEL who was dismissed because at half time and as the teams and the referees were heading to the dressing room and after strong protests he headed towards the fourth referee Dimitris Koumis pushing him on the shoulder while talking strongly and aggressively in his language and further entering the playing field he came into confrontation with the coach of the opposing team and then he hit the assistant coach of the opposing team twice and after the end of the press conference, he came into confrontation with a fan of the opposing team and the Director of the opposing team, in violation of articles 4(c), 9(e), 9(h) and 9(k) of the KOP Disciplinary Regulations in the CYTA Championship match Phase 1 of the 2023-2024 season NORTHOSI Famagusta – APOEL Nicosia /23.09.2023 (5th matchday).

*Complaint by the referee Nikolaos Andreou against Panagiotis Chrysostomou, a football player of Akritas who was expelled for violent behavior, violently pushed the opposing football player resulting in a conflict in the Youth Championship match K-19 B' Category ANAGENNISI Deryneia – AKRITAS Chlorakas/24.09. 2023 (1st matchday).
