The purchase of additional arrays of the Russian S-400 anti-aircraft system was announced by Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan , further cooling relations with the United States after Joe Biden refused to meet with him.
Speaking to CBS, the Turkish president said that no one could interfere in this decision , obviously referring to the United States.
Erdogan added that in the future, no one, at any level, will be able to intervene in the terms of the agreements for the purchase of defense systems from Turkey, nor from which country it will be supplied .
