MEPs link the trips to the 42 passports and especially to the passport of Saudi Arabia's second wife, which appears to have been issued illegally, just six days after the President's return from the Seychelles in 2015. Members of the Parliamentary Audit Committee discussed yesterday the trip, they even raised the issue of transaction.
According to airline posts, the plane with which the trip took place between 3-13 August 2015, belonged to another company but in the period 2011-2018 it was managed by a Saudi interest company, which apparently gave it to President Anastasiadis.

Aides of the President who attended the Committee, were not able to give explanations for the data of the trip and referred to a letter of Mr. Anastasiadis to the former Speaker of Parliament, in which he expressed readiness to explain the issues they wished to raise.
