Letter to the President of the Republic requesting the convening of the Council of Leaders as soon as possible in the presence of competent Ministers and Undersecretaries to discuss the consequences affecting Cyprus as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, sent by AKEL Secretary General Stefanos Stefanou .
