A piece has been secured from the Holy Metropolis of Kykkos and the procedures will soon begin

A PAPAELLINAS Emporiki is proceeding with a new investment, which concerns the flagship store of the Alfamega supermarkets. According to information from “K”, the company has secured a piece of land from the Holy Metropolis of Kykkos in the Engomi area which is located adjacent to the existing Alphamega supermarket that operates in the area. The company will utilize the plot for the construction of real estate and the relocation of the existing supermarket.
Engomi hypermarket started operating in 1996, while in 1997 it was sold to Mr. Andreas Papaellinas who founded A.A. PAPAELLINAS Emporiki Limited and in 2002 renamed Charalambidi Hypermarket ALFAMEGA. The supermarket chain has a network of 19 stores in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos while it has expanded its e-commerce activities by creating its own online store.
