A total of 138 stores are expected to be housed in the Metropolis Mall, in Larnaca, which will open its doors within the summer and specifically based on the schedule on July 29, 2021.
The new shopping center with a total area of 39,000 sq.m., will include, among others, a supermarket, clothing stores, food court, playgrounds and 1,450 parking spaces.
SAYWEAR Group, Symeonides Group, Mallouppas & Papacostas Group, CA Papaellinas, Costas Papaellinas Organization and ALFAMEGA Supermarkets have locked their presence in Metropolis Mall.
Also some stores will be the largest in sq.m. – area that exist on the island such as Zara, Public and there will be brands such as KIKO MILANO, KIABI HIMI VOQUE, Pow the shop that do not exist anywhere in other malls.
The fact that Metropolis Mall is single-level and has 6 different entrances and access to and from the Mall helps to avoid overcrowding, traffic and easy access for people and families with mobility difficulties.
It is worth noting that more than 700 new trees have been planted and sidewalks and bike paths have been built around the perimeter, thus offering a different approach to the shopping mall.
The Mall also has a covered dining area and plenty of hundreds of tables inside and out, offering the possibility of family-friendly leisure.
The area of the commercial stores and the food court reaches 29,000 sq.m.
