The case that was brought to the public by the Cyprus Times, last week, with the complaint of a high school student in the province of Larnaca, against a teacher, for beating, has to be continued.

In addition to the complaint made by the teacher to the Police against the student, the School Management seems to be taking further measures to support the teacher.
As we are informed the school management invited the student's parents to attend in disciplinary proceedings against their child, but the call was made by phone. There was no written call and the parents explained that they are not going to attend or if they do, they want the presence of Pieros Zapunis' lawyer.
< p>Also, the management began to call other students to the disciplinary board, who had testified in favor of their classmate. The management of the school, according to what was reported in the Cyprus Times, brought up incidents which, as they claim, had happened even two months ago and today they are using them, as parents and students claim, vindictively and blackmailing so as to withdraw statements against the professor.
