28 years ago, the artist André Heller undertook the project of creating a unique museum next to the Swarovski factory in the town of Wattens in the Austrian Tyrol. On the occasion of Swarovski's 100th anniversary, Heller created the Swarovski Museum or Swarovski Kristallwelten, which means “The Crystal World”.
