The Cyprus Stock Exchange moved upwards on Thursday with its General Index standing at 112.30 points with gains of 0.61%. The FTSE/CySE 20 index closed at 67.91 points, also up 0.61%. The value of the transactions was €391,626.95.
In relation to the individual indices, the Main Market had a rise of 0.82%, while the Alternative moved downwards with 0.50%, the Investments with 1.69% and Hotels with 1.99%.
The Bank of Cyprus share had the highest marketability with a transaction volume of 309,256.46 euros (closing price of 2,810 euros – increase of 2.18%), followed by the share of Hellenic Bank with a volume of 29,899.19 euros (closing price of 1,815 euros – increase of 0 .83%), of Logicom with a volume of €11,945.78 (closing price of €2,220 – up 0.91%), of ALKIS H. HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU-FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD with a trading volume of €6,750.00 (closing price of 0.270 EUR – unchanged), and Demetra Holdings with a trading volume of EUR 5,651.79 (closing price EUR 0.496 – down 1.78%).
Of the shares traded, 5 moved up, 6 down and 5 remained unchanged.
The total number of transactions was 151.
In addition, the CSE announces the continuation of the suspension of trading of Pandora company securities Consultancy Services Plc (NEW Market). This decision was taken in accordance with Article 183 of the Law on Securities and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, since the reasons that require the continuation of the suspension of trading of the company's securities still exist, due to non-observance of the obligation for Clearing Agency services, non-submission of the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 12/31/2021 and non-submission of the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 12/31/2022.
The continuation of the suspension trading suspension will be effective from June 13, 2023. It is noted that the trading suspension will have a maximum duration of 2 months (ie until August 14, 2023) or earlier if the company complies with its outstanding continuing obligations.
