Announcement from Anorthosis informing about the calling of an Extraordinary General Meeting.
“The Board of Directors of the Anorthosis Famagusta Association, in today's ( 28/3/2024) of the session, decided to announce an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Anorthosis Famagusta Association on April 8, 2024. Therefore, the Members of the Anorthosis Famagusta Association are invited to an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Association, which will be held in the Kyriakos Theocharous Hall at Antonis Papadopoulos Sports Center in Larnaca, on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., with the following agenda regarding the following extraordinary and special matters:
1. Informing the members about the football team.
2. Informing Members about the field and other facilities.
3. Informing about the transfer process of the shares of Anorthosis Famagusta (Football) Public Ltd. owned by Oik Pullaidis for the benefit of the Anorthosis Famagusta Association.
4. Miscellaneous.
Note:
According to the Association's Statute, no regular member is entitled to attend an Assembly, nor to elect or be elected, if he has not paid his financial obligations to the Association for in 2024″.
