The committee consists of two independent members (Christodoulos Ellinas and Giannos Pantazis) and two members of the company's Board of Directors (Nikos Kougialis and Alexis Andreou).

The Board of Directors of the company APOEL FOOTBALL (PUBLIC) LTD announces its decision to appoint a special committee, with the aim of finding a strategic financial investor.
The committee will consist of two independent members, Christodoulos Ellinas and Giannos Pantazis and two existing members of the Board of Directors, Nikos Kougialis and Alexis Andreou.
The four-member committee will discuss with various interested parties who wish to invest in the additional prominence and further development of the football edifice of APOEL, based on the reach, the fan base, its dynamics in the local football market and the European perspective of the team.
At the same time, the existing Board of Directors of the company reiterates that it does not intend to seek re-election, in the event that a nomination is filed , of another administrative scheme, which will present a financial proposal, which will be assessed as viable, at the June 15th electoral assembly.
