Jefferson won't be the only addition
Nikos Kougialis, one of the vice presidents of the APOEL company, said many interesting things on Thursday morning to SPORT FM 95.0.
He did reference to the plans announced by the administration for financial support, praising the APOEL fans for their emotional response. He also spoke about the issue of the investor and the privately owned stadium.
Mr. Kougialis also referred to the transfer embargo, noting with certainty that the issue will be resolved as Prodromos Petridis also emphasized in the context of the press conference on the presentation of the two financial support plans.
“In every transfer period, some who have to take some old debts, appear just before the criteria. They will be settled too for sure. Old debts are also included in the plan,” he noted characteristically.
As for the transfer plan, in addition to Jefferson who will be registered as usual on the roster, the “blue and yellow” are expected to move for the acquisition of one more list B player. From then on, it is not excluded that another addition will arise if Ricardo Sa Pinto requests something specific.
“Jefferson leaves a very good impression on the Archangel. It is possible that another player under the age of 23 will be added. From there, the coach will tell us if anything else is needed. I think it is still early”, said Mr. Kougialis.
