The president of APOEL Prodromos Petridis clarified things about the stadium and not only in his interview with RIK.
“I said it again in the assembly and in the media. It is at a very advanced stage. The techno-economic study has been completed, it has been given to an interested investor and we are waiting for his response by the end of the year. I never said that in 100 years the stadium will be finished. We have said that we hope that by 2026 the works for the stadium will be advanced. If there is no positive response from the investor then again from the beginning. The investor covers 50%. The rest is from a subsidy from the state and from the company”.
