APOEL is completing its preparations today ahead of tomorrow's away match against Aris (23/4, 19:00) for the 5th matchday of the playoffs. The “blue and yellow” have a clear goal of victory to overtake the “Light Brigade” and climb back to the top.
Vladan Milojevic has an extra motivation ahead of the match against the Limassol team. So far on the bench of APOEL in 28 games (24 in the league and 4 in the cup) he has celebrated 19 victories and with another one he reaches twenty. In percentage it translates to 68%. So it is a given that he wants to hit 20 wins in 29 matches.
The “blue and yellow” remain without a win in the playoffs and the fact that Aris surpassed them in the standings, turns Sunday's derby into a “final”. . Ideally, victory would be the best, however, even with a draw, APOEL continues to be firmly in contention to win the championship.
