Seasonal low pressure and unstable air mass are affecting the region.
Today the weather will initially be mostly clear in most areas, although there will be locally increased clouds in the west and north which later likely to give isolated rain.
In the afternoon and afternoon, clouds that will develop, will give isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly in the mountains and in the eastern half of the island. Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest, initially light to moderate 3 to 4 Beaufort, gradually moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort and on the southern coast in the afternoon to very strong, 5 to 6 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough and locally to rough. The temperature will rise to around 36 degrees in the interior, to 32 on the west and south-west coasts, around 34 on the rest of the coasts and around 26 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight the weather will become mostly clear, although the west and north will experience increased cloud cover. Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 and later light 3 Beaufort. The sea will gradually become a bit rough. The temperature will drop to around 20 degrees in the interior, around 22 on the coasts and around 14 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Monday and Tuesday clouds that will develop, at noon and early afternoon, are expected to give isolated rains or even isolated storms, mainly in the mountains, the interior and the east. On Wednesday, the weather will be mostly sunny, but at times there will be locally increased cloudiness which in the afternoon and early afternoon is expected to give isolated rain, mainly in the mountains.
The temperature will drop slightly on Monday. and a slight increase until Wednesday, to be close to the average climatological values.
