As reported today in the Official Gazette of the Republic, the Central Bank registered on 8.01.2021 in the District Court of Nicosia, an application requesting a court order for the liquidation of CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD and the appointment of a liquidator.
Notice is also given that the above application was set for Instructions before the District Court of Nicosia on 3.03.2021 at 10.30 am. and any creditor or contributor of the aforementioned company wishing to support or oppose the issuance of any decree on the basis of the above application, may appear for this purpose at the above date and time either in person or through a lawyer.
A copy of the application will be given by the Lawyers of the applicants Mr. Alekos Evangelou & Co. Ltd., to any creditor of CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD, who would request such a copy upon payment of the legal fee.
