APS Group has acquired a new portfolio of secured business loans with a book value of over one billion euros from Bain Capital Special Situations.
This is another milestone in the history of APS Group. The completion of the transaction to acquire the FRAME portfolio strengthens APS's leadership position in Southeast Europe.
Transactions of this scale are complex and demanding for all involved. The portfolio includes collateral in over 3000 properties, mainly commercial, residential, industrial, hotels, but also plots. “Our executives in Athens and Prague have worked intensively on this transaction and so I am very pleased with its successful completion in the second half of December 2022,” commented Martin Machon, CEO and sole shareholder of the APS Group. .
