“Thank you for honoring me with your presence. I want to thank you for your prayers in the Church beforehand, so that God will help me in the work I am undertaking from today”, he added.
The Archbishop of Cyprus especially thanked the President of the Republic, Nikos Anastasiadis, the President of Parliament, the representatives of the Autocephalous Churches as well as the other religious denominations, who attended both the Enthronement Ceremony on Sunday and the dinner. on the side of the other Churches but also of every faithful citizen of the Republic of Cyprus”, he noted.
