To 166% of the normal season since October 1 the total rainfall in the free areas until 08:00 on Tuesday.
According to preliminary data from the Department of Meteorology, in the last 24 hours until 08:00 today, 3.4 millimeters of rain fell in the free areas, with the total rainfall for the month amounting to 48, 2 millimeters, corresponding to 86% of the normal for the month (53.3 mm).
However, since October 1 (the start of the hydrological year), the total rain was 142.3 millimeters, which corresponds to 166% of the normal for the period (86mm).
Based on the data, the highest percentages of rain are recorded at the station of the New Port of Limassol, where the rainfall reached 235% of the normal, followed by the station at Paphos Airport with 221% and the station in Saita with 207% of the regular season
