It is not only the prices that are interesting for the purchase of a house or how much the rents go, but one of the issues that concerns everyone is whether the cost of the regular maintenance required for the real estate has increased.
The data announced every month by the Statistical Service show the trend that is formed in the usual maintenance of houses with the consumer price index having increased by 8.56% in September compared to last year and compared to 2019 the increase is 11.01% .

From the beginning of the year every month the consumer price index for regular maintenance increases and from January to September the increase is 6.75%. The consumer price index for regular home maintenance products increased in September compared to last year by 2.24% and compared to 2019 by 2.10%.
Apart from the products, however, there are also the services needed for the maintenance of the house. The consumer price index for plumbing services remained stable from the beginning of the year until September (latest available data) as last year. A small increase of 1.48% was noted if the comparison is made with 2019. In the services of electricians the picture is different. The consumer price index increased by 4.55% in September compared to last year and compared to 2019 the increase is 6.56%. The consumer price index for heating system maintenance services remained stable from the beginning of the year until September, as compared to 2020 and 2019.
