A wide-ranging meeting under the chairmanship of the Democratic Alarm, Mr. Averof Neophytou, took place today with the participation of current and former Ministers, MPs, Mayors, Commissioners, the leadership and the Executive Office of the party. The meeting focused on the report and the continuation of both the work of the government and the work of the local government, as well as the broader and more effective coordination of all the leaders of the party in relation to the great effort of the presidential elections.
Mr. Neophytou thanked the members of the government, the President of the Republic and all those who attended today's meeting for the work they have done. We have the moral advantage, stressed Mr. Neophytou and whenever this faction is in power, it builds for the present and the future. As DISY, in full cooperation with our government, we will accomplish the goals for a better Cyprus that we envision and that the implementation of the government project and reforms for a better Cyprus remains a priority, with the Democratic Alarm in government in 2023.
Mr. Neophytou urged all those present at today's meeting, calling on them to continue their work, solving problems and improving the daily lives of citizens.
“The Democratic Alarm is connected to the great successes of the country and remains strong for the future. “And it is this faction that represents the wisdom for the reunification of our country and through our unity and vision we can make Cyprus a country of AAA, a country of Development, Security and Solidarity” concluded Mr. Neophytou.
