The new list includes 5 apartments in Larnaca and Limassol and 3 houses in Nicosia and Paphos.
The cheapest apartment sells for € 47,000. This is a one bedroom apartment in Tersefanou with an area of 44 sq.m. which is located in a complex with communal pool.
The most expensive house is located in Polemi in Paphos. It has an area of 130 sq.m., located on a plot of 1,236 sq.m. and sold for the amount of € 238,000.
Those interested can submit a bid for all properties until March 5.
