TRELLARIS made history by destroying the Slovakian champion
Mars to… be liked by the Europa groups! The “Light Brigade” defeated Slovan Bratislava 6-1 and got the ticket for the second European competition.
This is the first historical presence of Aris in European groups with the team showing that it is growing both domestically and internationally.
The protagonist for the Limassol team is Yannick Gomis, who with a hat-trick (22', 45', 51') gave the trigger for overturning the score of the first match. Soke, Mayabela and Brown also scored for Spilevski's side.
The Slovaks temporarily reduced the deficit to 2-1 through Strelets in the 37th minute, while they also scored a second goal through Barseghian in stoppage time.< /p>

All Slovan managed to do after that was to reduce it to 6-2 in stoppage time against Barseghyan.
Thus the “Light Brigade” took a big and historic victory that puts them in their groups Europa League.
