In the presence of their parents or guardians, as well as a lawyer, 13 young people, who were spotted outside churches, were accused in writing, as part of an action plan of the Limassol ADE, to prevent phenomena observed by custom of Lambratzia.
According to the Police, from 20:30 until midnight, members of the Agios Ioannis police station, the OPE Limassol, the "G" team and patrols, carried out inspections at the churches of Archangel Michael in Monovolikos, Agia Varvara Zakaki, Apostolos Andreas Mesa Geitonia, Agia Paraskevi in ​​Episkopi and Agios Nikolaos Kato Polemidion.
During the checks, three 14-year-olds were identified in the church of Agia Varvara Zakaki , who were taken to the Agios Ioannis Police Station. Another ten young people were found in the church of Agios Nikolaos Kato Polemideon and taken to the police station of Polemideon.
All were charged in writing, in the presence of their parents or guardians, as well as a lawyer, and were subsequently released.
