The CARDET Research Center offers three, fully funded by HRD, professional training programs for managers and professionals in human resources management.
Through these programs, participants will receive comprehensive guidance and training, while being informed about modern and successful practices that will help them cope with the ever-changing conditions in their workplace and effectively support their staff.

Critical Knowledge and Skills for Chief Happiness Officers
A program for the development of the knowledge and skills of Human Resources Professionals and Managers so that they are able to contribute catalytically to the formation and promotion of a pleasant and productive working environment. Through interactive workshops and personalized career counseling, participants will be able to act as Chief Happiness Officers and positively transform their organization's culture, improving staff productivity. It is worth noting that the participants will have the opportunity to receive their training from the first Chief Happiness Officer of Cyprus, Dr Vicky Charalambous.

Integrated Strategic Talent Management for High Performing Organizations
