Carrot cake no bake vegan truffles (No baking)
Truffles that taste like carrot cake, without sugar, without egg and without flour!

Calories per 100 g: 210 Kcal (or 95 Kcal each)
MATERIALS:
For 18 truffles:
185 gr. oats
160 gr. water
126 gr. unboiled honey
65 gr. peanut butter
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
½ κ.γ. sea salt (optional)
40 gr. coconut
120 gr. carrot, peeled and grated
20 gr. walnut kernels
50 gr. dried grapes
IMPLEMENTATION:
1. In the bucket of the mixer, add the oats, honey, peanut butter, water, cinnamon and salt. Beat until the ingredients are combined.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and knead the coconut, carrot, walnut kernels and raisins. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to freeze.
3. Shape the mixture into truffles of 40 gr. each.
4. Put in a serving bowl. Store in the refrigerator sealed for up to 10 days.
