The announcement of the Central Bank of Cyprus
An increase of 0.9% was recorded in the assets of investment organizations during the second quarter of 2024.
According to today's announcement by the Central Bank of Cyprus regarding the statistics of investment institutions with a reference month of June 2024, the total assets of investment institutions showed an increase of 0.9%, reaching €6,848.7 million, compared to €6,789.1 million in March 2024.
In particular, €784.7 million related to deposits and loans, €596.8 million to securities, €4,944.4 million to shares and related securities, €362.1 million to stock market assets and € 160.6 million in other assets.
Correspondingly, the number of investment institutions increased from 328 in March 2024 to 330 in June 2024.
