The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) announced today that the deadline for submission of requests for the payment of reduced legal fees by natural or legal persons who have filed lawsuits against it in relation to resolution issues and the Bank's securities of Cyprus and/or Laiki Bank is extended until October 30, 2023 at 15:00.
The conditions for the payment of reduced legal fees, the application process and the forms are included in the CBC announcements of July 3, 2023 and July 10, 2023.
