A proposal on the problems and risks faced by public prosecutors was submitted to the Legal Committee of the Parliament by AKEL member of parliament, Irini Charalambidou.
In her post on Social Networking Media, Irini Charalambidou says: “a proposal was just registered with my trial to the Department of Legal Matters for discussion about the Public Prosecutors, the problems and risks they face as well as the issues highlighted by GRECO in its report and which concern them”. public prosecutors in the exercise of their duties, as recorded in the compliance reports of the Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO), taking into account the relevant complaints from the public prosecutors themselves, in particular on issues related to their security .
