Russia's food safety watchdog said today that Chinese customs authorities had found traces of coronavirus in 13 batches of poultry products from companies in three different regions of Russia belonging to the Cherkizovo group.
“Under Chinese law, licenses to import products from these companies will be suspended for four weeks, from February 3, 2021,” said a statement from Russia's supervisory authority, Rosselkhoznadzor, which said it would conduct its own investigation.
