Weak high pressure affects the area while low pressure east of Cyprus is expected to affect us from Monday. In the atmosphere there will be intermittent dust mainly from Sunday afternoon.
Today the weather will be mostly clear, but later there will be increased clouds at intervals, mainly in the mountains. Winds will initially blow mainly from the north as north-easterlies, 3 Beaufort, while in the east and south they will be light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. Later, northwesterly to northeasterly and locally south-westerly winds will be light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough and in the east and later in the north a little rough. The temperature will rise to around 28 degrees in the interior and on the coasts and around 19 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight the weather will be mostly sunny. Winds will be mainly northwest to northeast initially light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and later light, 3 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough and in the east a little rough. The temperature will drop to around 14 degrees in the interior, around 17 on the coasts and around 12 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Monday and Tuesday the weather will be mostly clear but in the afternoon hours will appear increased clouds that are expected to give local rains or even a storm, mainly in the mountains.
On Wednesday, increased clouds in the afternoon hours may give isolated rains, mainly in the mountains.
The temperature will gradually noted a small drop during the three days to fluctuate close to the average climatic values.
