The Committee of Ethics and Protection of Sports, in its announcement, states that it has received a letter from the association DOXA TH.O.I. KATOKOPIAS, which alleges that the OMONIA-DOXAS match that took place at GSP on September 20, 2021, was manipulated. After studying all the relevant information, the Commission decided to conduct an investigation into this match.
At present, the announcement states, the Commission has sent a letter to our Association in the KOP, requesting the preservation of all the audiovisual material of this match. This request also includes intercom between referees, observers and VAR operators.
Finally, it is noted that the procedure, as well as the details of how the investigation will be conducted, will be decided at the Committee Meeting on Monday, 27 September 2021 and a new Notice will be issued.
