Members of the parliamentary group of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, led by its leader Gennady Zyuganov, have submitted a draft resolution of the State Duma (lower house) to Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which and Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.
The draft states that these Republics should be recognized as independent, sovereign and independent states. At the same time, it is proposed to the Russian President to start talks as soon as possible with the leaders of these Republics, in order to settle all issues of cooperation and security.
