The proposal of the candidate for President Averof Neophytos, for the partial compensation of those affected by the banking crisis of 2013 through the National Solidarity Fund, is welcomed by the Board of Directors of the Association of Old Shareholders of the Bank of Cyprus.
In an announcement by the Board of Directors of the Association of Old Shareholders of the Bank of Cyprus states that he studied the proposal in his session, which he considers “as a correct first step towards repairing the damage unjustly borne by tens of thousands of our fellow citizens” and calls “for its immediate implementation to proceed after the presidential elections”.
